 After photojournalism this year, I would like to go into yearbook. I want to take yearbook because taking pictures is fun and I enjoy this class. I hope to learn more next year.

what- Hugging each other, caressing, embracing 
where- airport, Washington D.C. Kennedy International Airport, on the tarmac by the airplane
when- Monday, Nov. 17th at 11 am
why- They haven't seen each other in 3 weeks because President Obama was out campaigning to get re-elected as President of the United States   
how-
background- President Obama tripped and fell on the way into the airport and hit his head hard enough that the medical team near by had to come out and help him.

why- Revees is an up coming artist, a rapper by the name of Snoop Dogg was having a show and asked Revees if he would perform "Gangnam Style" as an opening act.

how-
background- As Revees was doing the dance "Gangnam Style" he fell off the crane 21 ft high onto his fans, then began to crowd surface for the ending of his performance.

Depth of Field (shallow and wide)-

Light (angle and intensity)- light places a role in pictures.

Shadows-  abstinence of light makes things dark 

Diffusion- changes the light

Exposure- weather the picture is light , dark, or somewhere in the middle.

Aperture (f-stop)-is in the lens , how big or small the opening is in the lens. you can control it

Shutter speed-inside the body of the camera. how long your lighting light in for. you have control of that

ISO-inside the camera. how sensitive the sensor is to light. you can adjust that , increasing your ISO increases your grain

Types of lenses - telephoto, prime, wide angle
Telephoto - allows you to zoom in and get closer to your objects 
Prime- do not zoom at all, they are fixed 
wide angle - can take a WIDE ANGLE picture, 10 millimeter lens 

timeliness- when was the pic taken

proximity- how close the event happened

conflict- pics with something happen. why we take the pic

human interest- ppl are different

prominence- how important the person is

impact- something crazy happens

novelty- ppl where something strange 

1. Tell me what is the one thing that happened on your holiday that you will remember? It can be a trip, a family visit, a present, something fun.
I went to Happy Texas! For a church retreat. It was so fun & relaxing (: I needed that vaycay!

2. What are your resolutions for the 2013 year? To stay focus in school and get my stuff together!!!!

3. What are you looking forward to in 2013? Making more memories ! :]

Best of 2012

The best song of 2012 is most defff Taylor Swift, we are never getting back together. At the time I was going threw a break up, it was like a fun break up song that made me feel better. The catchy up tone beat made the song popular. The lyrics were so relateable to me.

Twilight Breaking Dawn part 2 was MY ABSOLUTE TOP FAVORITE MOVIE of 2012. No doubt. Twilight all together was a thrilling series. It was bitter sweet only because it was the last saga. I fell in love with each character from the first movie. I am a Twilight Fan, but I am not obsessed.

Hurricane Sandy was one of the  most important new of 2012. It killed so many people & did so much damage to New Orleans & affected New York. Tragedies like this are always scary. My cousins were lucky enough to survive this hurricane.   Thats why its so close to my heart.

Rihanna was one of the most important people. She made some of the hottest songs. Shes so great in my opinion. Shes independent and so carefree. I love her. Rihanna is has great fashion sense & it probably a really good role model.

 

I believe Chelsea Lately is the best entertainment person, her show is so popular and funny. She has a really sarcastic/ rude but funny personality. Her E! channel is a big hit right now! Chelsea's show isnt always jokes, she talks about real issues also. She always has guess appearances, movie stars, big famous people.

The reason why I like this photo, because I'm so afraid of bee's. But its really cool to watch how they thing & interact with the skin.

This picture looks really fun to do with friends in an igloo :)

                                                  I LOVE this picture, it reminds me of when I fly here to Texas. It was my first time flying & I got to see all of Texas just like this!
